Our Mission
The Copeland Park Community Alliance exists to build a stronger, more connected neighbourhood — one event, one conversation, and one act of neighbourly kindness at a time.
We advocate for park improvements, organize community events, facilitate neighbour connections, and serve as a collective voice for the residents of Copeland Park. We are entirely volunteer-run and member-supported.
Community

Our History
The Alliance is Founded
A group of concerned residents comes together to advocate for the preservation and improvement of Copeland Park. The first annual picnic draws 40 neighbours.
First Major Park Improvement
The CPCA successfully petitions the City for new playground equipment and improved lighting along the main walking path.
Formal Incorporation
The Alliance incorporates as a not-for-profit organization, formalizing governance and enabling grant applications.
Summer Party Milestone
The Annual Summer Neighbourhood Party reaches 500 attendees for the first time — a milestone that reflects the growing strength of our community.
New Website & Digital Presence
The CPCA launches a modern website, monthly newsletter, and expanded social media presence to keep all neighbours informed and connected.
Growing Stronger
With over 300 members and 28 active volunteers, the Copeland Park Community Alliance continues to grow — and the best is yet to come.
