• Phone numbers of individuals who call our clients' business lines. When a call goes unanswered, the calling party's phone number is captured by our telephony system.

• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

2. SMS Messaging & Consent

ProServices AI operates an automated missed-call rescue system on behalf of our clients (contractors and service businesses). When a person calls a business line powered by ProServices AI and the call goes unanswered, that person may receive a single automated SMS text message containing a link to book an appointment.

By calling a phone number powered by ProServices AI, you consent to receive one automated SMS text message in response to your unanswered call. This message will include the business name, a booking link, and instructions to opt out.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent to your number. You may also reply HELP for assistance.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the booking message on behalf of the business you called.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver our missed-call rescue and appointment booking service
• To communicate with you about your account or subscription
• To send transactional and service-related emails
• To improve our platform and troubleshoot issues
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our platform, including:

• SignalWire — telephony and SMS delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google — calendar integration for appointment booking

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements. Client records are retained for the duration of the subscription and up to 12 months after cancellation. Phone numbers captured through the missed-call system are retained for up to 30 days unless the business client requests earlier deletion.
